1 - Esoteria has more high end moons that Delve does (didn't they used to be yours? oh dear, you ccp pets!)
2 - The name wasn't reserved - we wanted it, we petitioned an inactive corp to take it back and we got it (and the ticker). This was done quite commonly at the time, you wouldn't know about that though as you weren't playing eve at the time.
3 - We've never said Delve was how it was when we moved here - CCP FORCED us to take the Blood Raider stations as part of a storyline, the rest of the thread you haven't posted will quite clearly indicate how ****ed we were, so in return we got some (poxy) standings.
4 - The letters to Kieron were AFTER the original roleplay agreement wasn't honoured - of course we could have just ignored it, or perhaps whined like little girls in a threadnaught.

After CCCP, we called ourselves BoB. Just, BoB. Not Band of Brothers. Bob.
Then alliance system was introduced, so we needed something to match our "chosen on a whim" "**** it we'll just call ourselves BoB" (ask buBBles, he chose the name) initials.
Enter, Band of Brothers.

Look ill be the first to say that Bob is an awesome name. Why just look at me. Living proof baby. But there are much better ways to use than going after a cliched war buddy name.
Also do tell a bit of history on your current name, who did you petition to get this one?
They stole it from me, you see.. my name is Ken, no seriously it is. Lucais is just a character name. Now the problem is I made this alliance called KenZoku and was only going to invite people who shared my first name, true story.
Well BoB came by, and hacked my account, which was cool cause I accounty share everything with anyone in local at the time, and Dian told me he could get my ceptor out of Nol if I gave him KenZoku, I said no cause his name isnt Ken.
Then he petitioned me, and said I called him all kinds of names, so CCP they stole my alliance name, booted out everyone called Ken who I had collected, faked Sov to give the new BoB a leg up, (along with 3 Bhaalgorn BPOs) and they transfer all my billions of ISK to HAT to make up for the earlier loss.
Im quitting EVE now, DCeet gets all my stuff.
